Used to transform office into music studio. I needed to reduce hard surfaces in order to eliminate sound reflection. These worked well and have a rich appearance. When cutting length it is important to locate the staples on the back side in order to avoid any saw blade issues. I recommend this product. There are less expensive "look alike" panels, but they don't have the sound felt...thus, wouldn't really solve a reflection sound issue.

The media could not be loaded. We bought these for our entertainment area- it immediately made the room look so much nicer. It also provides quite a good sound barrier from the bedrooms nearby so we don’t wake up our kids. Install was easy, they are actually good quality and the color is beautiful. They aren’t heavy but look high end. For me to do my slat wall it took about 3 boxes but it was worth it.

Bought these to help reduce the echos in a vaulted ceiling living room. We placed them on the entire wall behind our TV and speakers. Looks great and the difference in sound is very noticeable. Very easy to install and cutting with a circular saw worked well for any trimming needed. Take heed in the sharp corners warnings. I sliced my thumb taking one out of the package and I took a large chuck of meat out of my knee when I accidentally brushed it against the wall. Not sure if the sharp edges are needed for the acoustic properties but if not they should really consider beveling the edges. I knocked off a star for the bleeding these caused (mainly my fault but still). With all that said, I'm happy with these and would recommend. Wear gloves!

We wanted to create a unique accent wall in our living room, so we bought this panel and it turned out amazing! The panel has a black base, and the slats are MDF with a wood-look face finish. It’s a delicate material, so you need to handle it with care during installation.One challenge we had was our high ceiling, the panel wasn’t tall enough on its own, so we would’ve needed to add an extension at the top or bottom. Instead, we chose to place a cabinet underneath, which filled the space perfectly.In the end, it turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations!

Looks great. Gonna purchase one more pack to make it wider but this has already upgraded my living room in a big way. Great product. A few small chips of the veneer on some corners, but most panels were in perfect condition and the small chips aren’t very noticeable. Overall definitely recommend. I live in an apartment and decided to install without glue, only screws (no anchors), so it wouldn’t destroy the walls when time to remove. It seems to be pretty solidly attached but time will tell if glue is really the right move for a better install. If you’re not renting you’re probably better off using glue + screws. Also as other reviews have mentioned, be careful handling the panels — the edges are very sharp. I didn’t heed the warnings and caught a good slice on my finger.

I bought these slats for decoration (not for sound dampening) and they were very easy to cut, they cut very nice and went up with zero issues. I was even able to use my scraps for the base of my "nightstand."I had to buy two boxes for my wall and I want to use all of what I bought because of how expensive they are.There was one thing that kind of surprised me... I cut the hell out of my hands handling this product. I definitely would have picked up some gloves lol. I have a bunch of paper cuts from grabbing the edges.
