It's a little challenging to maneuver when under the vehicle, but I love it. Once you have it in place it lifts slow and steady. I wish the rubber puck had a cup shape to it like most hydraulic jacks, but I'm not 100% sure how necessary that would be. It lifted my truck up under the rear diff with ease. Also I love that no matter what, it lets the vehicle down nice and gently. There's no scary quick drop like there can be with traditional hydraulic jacks. It tucks away neatly in the garage. The only slight issue I've run into is sometimes it seems like it only wants to lower to the point where there's no more weight on it. This makes it sometimes difficult to wriggle out of place when you're finished. Might be user error though, so I'm not going to lower the rating for that.

I bought this for jacking up my Bob Cat loader to change tires or put on tire chains. I haven't had a chance to use it on the Bob Cat yet, but it has handled everything I tried to lift so far. Since I will only be lifting one wheel at a time I feel like it will work fine. I will use a jack stand while the machine is lifted. Should make life easier this winter.

The top part is so big around, it makes it hard to just lift one side of an axle. I have to place a 5 in spacer on top of the jack, to go up between the shock support and pumpkin head. It works fine if going up on the frame. Their tube kinks easily with the handle all the way down.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent piece of equipment so far, easy to assemble however, the quick connect piece that they include for the air hose does not have a long enough thread throw on it to form a seal. I had to use a quick connect that I happen to have on hand more explained in the video. Other than that, it’s an excellent piece of equipment.

The air compressor fittings on the controls do not tighten up properly even using vinyl tape so they leak air, I have an older version of this jack that doesn’t leak at all I will have to search around for a new manifold for this jack.

I have to say I was very impressed with this product. I used it to lift my shed to put it on blocks. It worked ten times better than I thought it would. My shed is a 12 by 14 and was fully loaded. This jack picked it right up no problem.

The jack arrived well packaged. I purchased the 5 ton model. Assembly was fairly simple and quality, fit and finish was good. It came with two separate male air fittings so you can choose the adapter which fits your chuck. It did not include thread tape/sealer which I recommend to avoid air leaks. In addition to my other vehicles I wanted to use this under a late model Hyundai Elantra which is fairly low and was concerned that the jack would not fit. Other reviews and YouTube videos stated a higher minimum height but the jack lowers to the stated 5.5 inches and worked perfectly. You may have to press down on the top of the air bags with the red valve open to get it all the way down initially. I'm happy with the over quality and function especially considering the price which is less than most smaller budget floor jacks. I have a very nice Arcan floor jack but it weights 80 lbs or so and this jack is much easier to maneuver and much faster and easier to operate. I can't comment on longevity but after assembly and the first use, I really like it.As an add-on comment: I designed a two piece handle cover that can be 3D printed and posted it on Thingiverse for those interested. Much more comfortable. Fits perfect and is something that should really come on the jack but for some reason doesn't.
