Why is this one white compared to other ones that look tan or brownish?

This is a ‘No Clean’ non acid flux I use it for electronics when I don’t want the acid and heavy residue left by the ones that are darker

The maker's description posted right on the Amazon ad says the product is lead free.

Where is the specific temperature information?

You have to do your own research on this. This product's melting temp as right around 350 degrees F.

Is this like a solid wax or a soft paste that can be applied on the PCB? some are labeled as paste but they’re like solid.

This is made of professional grade rosin and petrolatum (vaseline). The paste consistency is very close to that of vaseline.
