In this last year, the first thing I noticed was a clear picture when remembering important details of things or when something is needing attention. It’s all there minus the, “what was I going to do?”. My skin is loving this. Taking this I have went through all four weather seasons in Ohio I haven’t had to combat the too dry, too sweaty, itchy confused skin. It stays in check with my spermidine and regular skin regimen. Makes the morning routine fast when only needing to do the basics because your skin and hair look great. I pop up at 4am to be at work at 5 ready for action with the Omre Spermidine, balanced amino acids all in hand with a glass of water. And oh yes the hair! Just like my mom and grandma had, I (turning 56 in a week) started getting the patches of hair loss and wispy thin spots and hated it. My hair was otherwise thick and healthy but those patches (and there were many) made the thin, bare places more obvious but in this year they are filled in beautifully. Growing away. Thin and bare no more! I haven’t missed a single day in a year and I wouldn’t dare. The inside and out difference is a literal thing, they have zero taste and they’re no more than an 1/8 diameter by a 1/2 inch in length so definitely not a problem. 5+ from me across the board.

Just added this to my stack a month ago and so far the results have been really impressive! My hair feels thicker, my skin is brighter and has more elasticity (fewer fine lines around my eyes), and I’ve been sleeping deeper with more energy during the day. Highly recommend adding this product to your stack (other brands have been lower quality/not effective- this is literally the one!), results are very noticeable for this high quality product, well worth the price!

I chose this brand because it checks all the boxes: made from natural, not synthetic wheat germ, is free from any artificial additives, is tested for contaminants, and is third party tested. As mentioned by others, I have also noticed improved skin tone and improved hair, but the primary reason I take it is due to research supporting wheat germ and improved cellular health. I am post menopausal and have definitely noticed less episodes of "brain fog" since beginning this supplement. I will definitely stick with the OMRE brand. Box was old and damaged. Seal was not on the jar. As a result, I was unable to use the product. I was told that it is a good product. I’m trying to share the photo, however, it doesn’t allow you to upload from your camera. It wants permission to access my photos…..
