These gummies have been such a great addition to our bedtime routine when we need them. I don’t use them daily—just occasionally on those nights when my toddler is clearly tired but still bouncing with energy—and I can definitely tell a difference on the nights she takes them vs. the nights she doesn’t. They really help her unwind and settle down naturally. I also love that they’re melatonin-free, USDA organic, and free from artificial dyes and flavors. The mixed berry flavor is toddler-approved, and the texture is easy for her to chew. From a value standpoint, they’re fantastic for the quality you get. They support relaxation and overall wellness without making me feel like I’m relying on something heavy. This will definitely stay in our household rotation for those harder bedtime days.

We switched to this melatonin free gummy and I find we are having better results. The added immune boosters like zinc and elderberry allowed me to stop buying these separately. I like the all-in-one of sleep and immunity. The taste is good, not too sweet, not gross and there are no odd smells. My kids are 10&8. One flaw, sometimes when they arrive they are sticking together. I store the bottle lid side down in a dark cabinet and this helps to reduce the issue of the gummies sticking together.

My 2 year old is very hyperactive and struggles to calm down and go to sleep. We give him a half of one around 30 min before we want him to lay in bed. There are nights when he has played super hard all day and doesn’t need it to fall asleep. Some days we do have to give him a whole one, but not often. They taste good, great quality, and effective. I haven’t noticed any kind of side effects in my son, from them and he hasn’t become dependent one them either. We will definitely be buying these again. They do stick together, but all gummy vitamins/meds do. We just tip it upside down and pull one out with our fingers. Not a big deal.

These stick together if it’s too hot during shipping. They don’t work quite as well as melatonin but I like that they still work and are melatonin free

These knock me out! Got these as a recommendation from a friend and glad we picked them up. Helps the kids calm down and get to sleep, and I use them when my mind just won't shut off.

Very disappointed with the product.... it was all clump together.... hardly able to get one out!

First time I bought this both kids 2 and 8 fell asleep within 30 minutes for the remainder of the bottle. Second time seemed to have little to no effect on either kid. But they both love the taste so that’s a plus…if it works again I’ll update my review.

This worked very well for my children. Since we started using it, their bedtime routine has become much easier, and they fall asleep faster and sleep more peacefully through the night.
