My first fountain pen purchase and it was a great pick! Writes so well. Got me buying more pens!

I do not recall the last time I wrote with a calligraphy pen. I have been thinking lately of ways to improve my penmanship following a TBI from years ago. Minus trauma drama or anything associated with it I will say that after easily following the directions to prepare it for its first use I found myself in disbelief at what I was able to do with the pen simply by writing my name, and printing my name. I realize I have had just one go at using the pen but the experience is profound. I think that the pen is a good quality pen and the design is easy to work with. The ink flow is steady and smooth. I purchased the fine tip which has turned out to be a good choice for me. The pen fits my hand perfectly so it is not for me too thick. I cannot speak to the storage capacity because I have not had it long enough to know. I am encouraged and grateful I took a chance on this pen.

It has a nice balance and weight, but I only gave it 4 stars because I can't get the cartridges to pierce so I can use them. I tried and my husband tried, and we just couldn't get it. It does however work very well with bottled ink, so I'm not returning it. Edited to add: I've been using this pen for a couple of months now, and it's amazing. It writes so smooth, it just glides across all kinds of paper. I have upgraded the review to 5 stars because of that, and because I really like using my own ink in it, so not being able to get the supplied cartridges in it, no longer matters. I also like the fact that I can pick this pen up after not using it for a few days, and it's good to go, not trying to jump start a dry nib. So for the price, try this pen. I don't think you will regret it.

This pen I purchased as a last minute gift to go with another item. It writes okay, the pen seems to skip and shoes t write as well as other brands the ink cartridge are a little hard to insert and takes a few minutes to dry completly. The ink doesn’t bleed through the pages. This is an economical pen for every day writing.

I love this pen, fountain pens are the way to go if you write a lot by hand. Smooth ink I flow and accurate quill! Good for drawing as well! I highly recommend
