Been using this for a while now and although it took a while to get the right technique down for each muscle group I can really feel the effects. Simple piece of kit that really works. Well built and well worth the price. The unique selling point (ginnick) of this wheel is it's wide surface to aid in stability but for most this is negledgible at best as I've used narrower wheels before and can't say I noticed any difference.

Yeah this is a quality ab roller.The design is wide so you can’t use get stability and if you get it on sale then this is the best option in the market specifically within this design type.

Great piece of equipment for stretching and strengthening those abs’. Just had it a few weeks, so hopefully it’ll last the rigours of time.My only quibble is the added knee pad, which I wish was an inch or two broader. Anyway, at least they added one. Overall, no complaints. Easily assembled and seems sturdy enough.
