One week now and So far all 16 ports are working well.

In my experience, the Hikvision NVR has not worked for me at all. None of my existing cameras are compatible with it, and unfortunately the mobile app also does not work at all. Because of this, I have not been able to use the system as intended.

30 Days for Refund? This device is not US region, so Hikvision won't give you any support or warranty. No cameras showed up. Not old neither new hikvision cameras. DO NOT recommend this brand, neither this seller.
