For the price it is as good as you will find.

These magnifier's are OK, but could be better. Yes they do magnify quite well, but are somewhat opaque, which makes them not as clear as they could be. They are very flimsy, and I would think quite prone to scratching over time. For what they are, I find that the cost is somewhat expensive. Hence only 3 stars.

A very flimsy product - makes it impossible to use in any practical way. Plastic and so optical quality also extremely poor - several flaws in the fresnel rings where the plastic is not even thickness. You get what you pay for. It's in the bin.

Though thin it is very thin and flops and bends when trying to hold away from the page to allow magnification. You end up with distorted image and written word/image. Though i bought it knowing it would be thin, I expected it to be made of a more rigid material (disappointing).

The purchase was for my father. He is extremely happy with it. It works very well, even better when you apply a light to the page you reading. Delivery was very quick as well.

Does exactly what I expected it to do at reasonable value.
