I’m very pleased with the quality of this frying pan. I’ve been slowly transitioning away from toxic non stick cookware and this was my first stainless pan. It’s been a pleasure to use and surprisingly easy to keep clean.

From most of the comments I understand that a large number of people have no idea how to cook and only talk about this and that... it's obvious that it will stick if you don't know how to call it, the commenters are misleading

Great skillet! Heats evenly, and produces a great sear. Having used it for several months now I can tell you it has held up well so I would say it is durable. As with all stainless steel it will stick, however that can be reduced by preheating the pain before use. It needs to be hot enough that if you put water in it would bead up immediately. And then use oil. I recommend one of those little oil sprayers, saves so much oil and keeps the calories down. As for cleaning, barkeepers friend is your friend and using it once a week will keep the pan as shiny as the day it arrived.

This is a solid stainless steel pan. If you follow the instructions your food will not stick plus you will have no health concerns about whatever material is used on the non stick pans. And, to me, the food tastes better especially bacon. Try it I think you'll agree.

My first stainless stain pan. Very sleek and sturdy. I cook everything from scrambled eggs to steak and potatoes. Never had any problems with sticking as long as it’s properly preheated. Easy to clean and the “stains” from the oil can be removed fairly easily

Love this skillet although it seems difficult to clean. I spend a lot of time scrubbing but it hasn’t scratched yet either. Good buy if you are ready to clean it afterwards.

Very well made consistent pan great beginner stainless just allow to heat up before adding a small amount of oil gets a great sear even on glass top electric stove. Also there warranty department is top notch my handle had a slight wiggle in it and several minutes on the phone a new pan was ordered for the cost of shipping and the warranty lasts ten years.
