Works well in terms of comfort, stability, and able to reduce pain. Took one star off because it shrank after being washed in lukewarm water and air dried. The velcro straps became shorter. I am relative small hands and it still works but those with larger hands may not. Otherwise a good product.

Best thumb brace I have found. I tried others but they were not comfortable to wear or put on. It’s very easy to get your thumb in place without twisting or squeezing. I wear it when I am sleeping. Does not interfere with my sleep. The Velcro stays in place. Doesn’t impede any movement and it functions really well. Very happy with this purchased. It also can be worn on either hand which is a plus.

I have Axial SpondyloArthritis (AxSpA) and OsteoArthritis with Fibromyalgia. I find that wearing compression gear helps during flares and bad weather, but I have noticed that sometimes at night I still need to wear my old Tendonitis/Carpal Tunnel Braces, to stabilize my wrists and keep me from sleeping with my wrists bent funny. Well, I lost my right wrist brace and decided to replace it with one from my favorite brand for compression gear, Doctor Arthritis, and this is the best brace I've ever worn! This brace is much longer than most that I've tried, having three full-width straps instead of two. I was worried my large firearms wouldn't fit comfortably with the extra length, but there is way more than enough adjustment room to fit my arms and allow for variable pressure, depending on what I need and where I need it on my arm! The Thumbhole on my old brace was so small and the material was so thin, I literally cut it open. This new brace is very comfortable around my thumb, even wearing it all night long, and it's MUCH more stable, both because I didn't have to cut it, but more stable than my old brace before I cut it. My wrist isn't just locked in place with this brace, it's completely locked in the correct position. My old brace still allowed my wrist to twist a little, but this brace completely secures my wrist in the most natural position. It's fantastic. I need to buy another for my left hand. My only complaint is that the velcro closures are so secure, they're a little difficult to adjust during flares where my fingers are weak, but it's not so difficult that I can't adjust them, and I'm sure that velcro closure is a large part of why they are so secure. I marked weight down a star because this brace is bulkier than some, but the actual weight isn't very noticeable. It's really extremely comfortable.

I wear as long as I can stand it and it’s helped the sprain in my thumb however the big joint where your thumb meets your hand has what feels like two plastic splints there and they meet or it’s one with a divot. It causes pressure and dents your thumb on the joint and it hurts after a few hours. I have to remove the brace and massage the area and give it breaks. Not cool.

Great wrist support without hindering thumb movement. Is not "huge and in-the-way" like so many other wrist braces. Also the color actually blends with my skin tones rather than standing out. Offers good compression, easy to put on. I store it rolled to keep the curves in it so it conforms to my wrist better and is easier to put on.

Made great. Seems like it will last a while. I got small hands so I ordered the smallest available, I believe it was extra small. The part that goes around the rest of the hand was bunchy and cut into where it crossed over my thumb. My old brace wasn't supportive enough. New one didn't fit comfortably because it was a bit big. So I put the old one under the new one and wala perfect fit, comfortable, and supportive.
