Finally, a company creates a gut-healing powder without l-glutamine. Don't get me wrong, I love l-glutamine for some of my clients, but many of them need higher doses than are included in a gut healing powder, and others can't tolerate it. I'm so grateful they just left it out and included some ingredients, like Glycine, which is so beneficial for sleep, calming the central nervous system, and supporting the production of glutathione (the most important antioxidant.) I'm personally loving the results I'm experiencing with this product and am so happy my clients are seeing positive benefits also. I also love the delicious, subtle lemon-ginger flavor. I love it mixed in both hot and cold water. It dissolves nicely in hot water. In cold water, I use a frother to mix it. I love all the products in this company's line. I love that they don't add products to their line, just to add them, but research and bring only the highest-quality supplements to market. This product is worth the investment!

Arrived quick. I added it to my 30oz water bottle and it is helping me drink a lot more water. It tastes delicious. I also tried it in a warm cup of water before bed and it was calming and relaxing. My kids generally won't take supplements but they love the GI InnerCalm taste and are asking for it to add to their water bottles too! After the first week I noticed it consistently helps calm and soothe my gut during the day and at night in hot water, puts me right to bed with a solid night of sleep. Overall A+ product.

I purchased this along with two other products hoping it would help soothe my tummy and digestive issues. The binder and biociden worked well but this expensive box of drink mix did absolutely nothing. I’m upset you can return the product for a refund. I have used the binder product several times but bc of having to waste 84$, I’ll take my business elsewhere…

wanted to try this product to help with gut health and hoping it would help with sleeping and prevent some heartburn issues. Love that it comes in packets, single serve, but not sure if its really helping or the changing of my diet. Will continue to use and update if any significant changes are found.

I get burning pain and irritation in my stomach at times and the GI InnerCalm works immediately to relieve it. It tastes great, and has only clean ingredients. This is a brand I use regularly that is recommended by my doctor so when they came out with this new GI formula I was excited to try it. Will be another staple in my program. I’m noticing better sleep too! Updating my review after seeing two people report expired product. MFG Date is when it was made not an expiry date FYI!

The G.I. Inner calm powder were all hard and expired. The G.I Detox is also expired.
