Both my husband and I are trying these! I am so happy finding these is like a needle in hay stack! It works for me! I am only taking 1 pill daily to allow my body to get used to it. I am not one to take any supplements. I am trying this because for years I have suffered with constipation so bad and stomach bloat. . It’s not even been 3 weeks but I can already tell a difference. I will continue using these and my next order I will start 2 pills which is the recommended dose. My husband is trying these with me for me. His situation is nothing like mine but for support he has been willing to try. Obviously everyone is different in the way their bodies will absorb these and everyone will have a different result. For me I’m happy and I feel a lot better than I have , going to the bathroom everyday now without straining is a huge relief! and if after the next round of 2 pills works like this I will be a forever customer. Update 1/5/26... 5-Stars for Customer Service!! Unfortunately, EMMA did not work for me, bloating was a problem even with suggestions on when and how to take it, and pooping wasn't consistent. I tried 2 bottles, and eventually was able to get a full refund without much trouble! But this has to be the best customer service I've run into! My original review.... My 1 month review is that the product doesn't work for me. Initially, I felt really bloated when taking the pill before a meal, later I switched to taking the pill with the meal. And now, it seems I feel slightly bloated no matter when I take it. The more disappointing issue is that I thought was giving me consistently good poop, but lately I've been struggling with constipation. I didn't poop yesterday, luckily it finally came out today, but it was a heavy sinker. I think a good poop is light colored, fluffy and exits cleanly.

I think I found something that actually worked!!!! I watched the “Emma” video which was painfully long however it captured me because it explained my issues exactly. All the things I tried telling doctors and all they ever say is eat more fiber, or have another colonoscopy or try FODMOPS or something but they never really listen to what symptoms I had. They videos seemed to really explain what was going on so I gave “Emma” a try. It’s almost been a month now ( it took about 2 weeks to really kick in) and it really seems like it’s working. I have tried a million different things and they work for a week or so then quit working so I don’t want to get too excited but so far it seem like it is !!!! Ordered next bottle !!!

I bought Emma because I was dealing with constant bloating and that uncomfortable “heavy” feeling no matter what I ate. I was honestly surprised at how much better my stomach feels. I’m not as gassy and that tight, bloated feeling has eased up a lot. I also feel more regular without anything harsh or uncomfortable, which was important to me. What I really like is that it doesn’t cause cramping or make you feel like you have to rush to the bathroom. It just helps things work the way they’re supposed to. My stomach feels flatter and lighter, especially in the mornings. It’s definitely something I plan to keep in my routine. If you’ve been struggling with bloating and sluggish digestion, this is worth trying.

As a senior citizen, I was looking for a healthy method of taking care of my digestive issues when I came across an online video that seemed to really address my concerns. It was a long video which, to some degree, left me scared about what could be going on in my gut. However, it offered solutions in the form of these capsules. I should have known better because it mentioned a 7-second constipation relief that I never saw. Also, there may not be any 3rd party verification of what’s in the bottle. Nevertheless, I was so relieved to start taking EMMA and I wanted to be patient and fair. Therefore, I ordered 3 bottles and faithfully took it about 60 days. Maybe there was relief from bloating. But, during those 1st two months, I never saw constipation relief. I also continued to have acid reflux. There was no weight loss. Because there was no evidence it was working, I continued to do everything the video said doesn’t work: I continued with lots of water, eating foods with high fiber and probiotics, etc. But, to treat constipation, there was no relief except to take gentle laxative teas every few days. Update: in the 3rd month, I gave up taking Emma. Then, one day, I added Emma and apple cider vinegar gummies to all of the other things I wrote about above and got some daily constipation relief. It was nothing exciting and not totally effective but I want to be fair in this review which I had previously given a 1 star. Given more time while combining it with other approaches, it might be that Emma is capable of participating in my digestive struggle. If things get better, I’ll try to update again.

A product that really works as advertised I wish the price was lower.
