These work very well with dairy allergies. Gut issues like gastritis. Been using them for 6 months and they help alot. Easy to swallow but I like to use applesauce. Good strength. It does take time to heal your gut. This works good as a cofactor to that.

They didn’t work for me. I took 2 at a time. Bloating went down some but it didn’t take away the other issues…took 2 days in a row and it wasn’t enough to fix the issue. Maybe I should’ve taken more? I did like how easy they went down and I liked the flavor in my mouth after I took them. Just wish they worked.

This project did was it said. I liked that you can smell each of the ingredients that is on the label. It was easy to take and helped with gas.
