Helpful but not a cure. Still have the pain.

I ordered these to see if they would help with my foot and knee pain. Delivery was very quick. The quality was great. I put them in my shoes and after 3 days I had no knee or foot pain. Highly recommend these to anyone.

I bought these heel cups when I was out of town and forgot to bring the shoes which had my heel supports in them home with me. So I bought these and they’re perfect. The sizing info was correct for my shoes. The 3-pack was a great price and I’m thrilled to have extra.

I had to wear socks or put a Dr Scholls on top. The stuck to my bear feet in flats. Only helped the heel pain a little.

Use these in all our sneakers . Good support!

The heal pads are comfortable and they eliminated the blisters I was getting on the back of my feet.

I found the a little difficult to wear in my tennis shoes so that’s why I gave it a 3 star. It might just be a preference but I like the full foot inserts better than just the heel inserts.

Problemas como fascite plantar ou já na condição de esporão de calcanhar é necessário que na parte azul seja de um um outro material com uma outra dureza e espessura diferenciada. Neste produto é so uma parte pintada sem nenhuma diferença.Este produto não tem nenhuma qualidade, não serve para as pessoas que tem esses problemas e pior, tenta enganar as pessoas.Não compreem. O meu cheou hoje e hoje mesmo já vou devolver.

Seem good quality and arrived in good time

First of all, I received a different generic brand than what was shown in the product images. It is very low quality and no use whatsoever. I used it once and it is uncomfortable.
