I needed to replace my worn out Hot tub hard cover, but the prices were so expensive. I started looking for other options. I came across this item and decided to try it out. Actually it’s really been great! It keeps the leaf debris out of the tub and also provides a 10° plus increase in water temperature. I might get a hard cover eventually but for now, this has been a very satisfactory low cost replacement for a hard cover!

Purchased and placed on outdoor spa May 5, 2024. Started decomposing September 2024 leaving small blue plastic pieces in the spa. Cover broke into multiple pieces in January 2025. I suspect its not the thickness of the plastic but the quality of the plastic used (especially UV and chlorine resistance). Covers of this type usually last 2 years. This cover is a complete waste of money. Do not buy. I had to give 1 star just to post the review.

This cover is the lowest cost 16 mil 7x7 cover and appears to be the quality advertised. I would purchase again when needed.

Nice Viber. Can be trimmed if need be. Does get stiff if it gets too dirty so one must wash it regularly. Chemicals don’t help the wear on the cover. Most have lasted 1-2 years with care.

Absolutely so worth the money!! Our hot tub is in a covered area so it does not have a wind issue. If this is your situation this cover is for YOU!! Keeps the water at a great temperature keeps out the bugs and is really easy to use. Quality is the level of a large pool cover

Arrived on time, easy to cut to the shape of the hot tub. Works fantastic.

Purchased a little over a year ago (June '23). Our old cover was starting to lose the air bubbles after a six-year life; we purchased it at Rich's Home and Spa in Tacoma prior to the pandemic and proved quite durable - (wish I could remember the brand, may just have to go back to Rich's). This one has been bleaching and losing air bubbles slowly but consistently since installed in June 2023, this month (Dec 2024) it reached critical mass and lost at least 75-100 in just a month, necessitating a screen cleaning of the water. Our water treatments have not changed over time; I understand chlorine can affect them but this was way too severe. Thankfully they haven't gotten into the pump or circulation pipes. At any rate, I don't recommend this if you need durability (if that even exists anymore) and plan on purchasing them as a disposable item. Will go on a search for something more durable (if they're still made that way).
