Love these wall sconces, but they require an older light bulb. You’ll need an adapter for the newer model of bulbs. The adapters are just hard to come by. Right now, they don’t light up since they’re just free hanging. They are gorgeous though!

Love this light so much. The color of the base was beautiful, and the design of the glass is my favorite! I will say that I was caught off guard by the light bulbs that it took (because I don’t read everything) but that was my fault! Such a good purchase

I purchased this light fixture not even two years ago, and recently it started giving off a burning smell every time we turned it on. Also the last 8 months we have been going through bulbs more frequently (they are not cheap). When I checked, one of the bulbs was blackened and heat-damaged, and the socket area smelled like melting plastic. It’s clear something is overheating inside the fixture which is obviously a fire hazard. I’ve already contacted the seller and am hoping they make it right with a refund, because this could become a much bigger issue if someone’s house catches fire from the same problem. The design is beautiful, but safety comes first. I’ll update this review once I hear back and see how the company handles the situation. UPDATE: the company was very responsive & wanting to help with the situation. They sent us a new light without hassle and rec LED g9 lightbulbs, not halogen. Thank you!

Our 2nd bathroom just has an overhead light on the ceiling, no light at the sink so it's a tad too dark for us. My husband put this light up above the mirror and it works perfect for us. It does require special bulbs, we got the 40 watt and it adds enough light for the mirror. Beautiful, well made, heavy wall lamp.

It requires specialty bulbs that absolutely nobody regularly uses or just has around the house. The listing failed to make that clear in my opinion.
