Can i replace the halogen lamps with led lamps?

Yes, you can change the light to whatever you want. As long as it was made for your make and model car.

My 2012 xc90 headlights move as I steer. Do these replacements also “steer”?

No, this replacement will not move like the original headlights. I had to return mine because it kept on saying that there is headlight problem and needs the dealer to repair something.
