This product works well if you start slow and gradually work your way up. I had minor discoloration on day 1 but once I got through the 10 day conditioning period I’ve had no bruising at all.I started researching lip cupping which is what initially brought me to this product. I’ve been using this daily for about a month and I really see a difference in the plumpness on and around my lips. It’s subtle but it definitely has smoothed out my lines and has made my upper lip more prominent. I use it as part of my daily routine.The biggest thing to be aware of is how much suction you’re using. This is a manual product so you are in control. If it feels too tight then release some pressure and work your way up gradually.I recently purchased the red apple as a next step… it’s a little bigger and gives me more of a pouty look but the cherries have been a good starting point.I am 52 and want to hold off having fillers for as long as I can and I love that this has given me another option.

After using this product I looked like a client on the tv show “Botched” who had a terrible lip filler job done. My bottom lip was 8x bigger than my top. I looked so ridiculous I couldn’t even leave the house. Later that night I looked in the mirror and thought “what in the world did I eat/drink that was purple??” And then I realized nothing. That was bruising caused by this product. We’re not talking light discoloration my lips are PURPLE and include a bruise line right above my lip where the plastic was. My boyfriend is afraid to kiss me because of how terrible my lips look. I followed the directions and these were the results I got. I highly recommend you save yourself and avoid this product at all costs unless of course looking in the mirror and wondering why your lips are purple is something you enjoy.

Based on what I read from directions product came with, to use for long periods of time can cause bruising. But can be used for short amounts of time (2 mins ) at a time and as often until desired lip plumpness. Unfortunately, I followed those directions and now 4 hours later ( plumpness did not last more than 20 mins by the way ) bruising AROUND lips AND ON lips have gotten darker. My lips are now purple/ darker than their usual beautiful red. This was a total fail. I will try again but less time once bruising all goes away. Hope this product works better for you all!

My first time ever doing lip cupping. Read the directions. First time start slow doing 1 minute at a time up to 4 mins total with a few minutes break in between. Work your way up to your preference. Now after doing it for 2 weeks I can cup with 2-3 minutes intervals totally 6 mins. I've been doing it twice a day to try and grow my lips naturally. I did get a small hickey mark first time using it but after that nothing. I guess my lip area adapted. I also condition my lips after cupping with organic coconut or castor oil.

If you can put this on right and get it to do what you want it to do.It will definitely make your lips bigger! My first initial use I had a little bit of bruising On my bottom lip but nothing major. I would say it lasted about an hour and a half! Then my lips slowly went back to normal! I have not used it enough to condition my lips but first initial use if used correctly it works!!

My granddaughter received this as one of her gifts from me. We all laughed and laughed as she wore it on and off all evening. It really does work. Just don’t do it too long or you will bruise your lips. I recommend this product it really works and so much fun for everyone.

Well it will work, but I would strongly advise easing into it. DO NOT go in for the recommended 2 mins at 1st. Start off at 10 secs, see how you bruise. If not at all, you can increase time much faster. If some bruising, then you will have to slowly adjust yourself until bruising starts to lessen before going into the full 2 mins. Otherwise you will be needing to conceal, and it will not be cute lol. Also, so far I'm noticing it only lasts for maybe 30 mins, I'm hoping as I adjust it will last longer.Update: Seems to continue to bruise me even after having used it here & there to adjust to it. It's also a bit painful as the suction is too much in particular spots.Does plump a bit, but I wouldn't recommend this.
