The heel cushion pads are very comfortable and do the job of stopping my heels flip flopping out of the smart shoes and casual shoes. I take a 5.5 sized shoe etc. And it's extremely frustrating when the majority of shoe sales deliberately miss out the 'point five' in their production lines. I usually stick to 5,5 styles - however, if I can use the heel cuhions to aid my comfort, I'm a happy bunny. These heel cushion patches keep their firmness over time and have good sticking power, which is a sign if a good qualit6 product . Personally I will ensure I have a few spare pairs of the heel cushioned pads for my own use as I wouldn't want to run out

These work well for comfort, they do sometimes come off so having spares is a good idea.

Cushion pad came away from the adhesive and left sticky residue over the back of the shoe. Poor quality, do not recommend.

These heel cushion pads are a game-changer! They genuinely work, providing excellent protection against blisters and heel pain. I can finally wear shoes that used to rub uncomfortably. Plus, they're a clever trick for making slightly loose shoes fit better. They're so easy to use and replace as needed. Blisters and pain are now a thing of the past.

States material as suede, whereas it's brushed microfibre. Will not grip your heels if you intend to use them for that purpose (that is, high heels that your heel slips out of when walking). If using in runners that are a little on the large side I suppose they'd work alright.

I have bought these several times and they work great! I have a tendency to just "walk right out of my shoes" and these shoe grips stay put in the shoe, become part of the shoe and protect your heel from blisters. They adhere nicely to your shoe and become part of it. A size 9 is not always a size nine. These help my shoes stay on and keep blisters from forming. Love them and they are soft and comfortable.
