I never put reviews But this is INCREDIBLY effective! Even tho it’s call an oil, it lightly sprays on like water & dries immediately. No residue observed! For many years, my wife has suffered with restless leg syndrome and has been on. Losartan Potassium 50mg Daily. When I read how this Mag.spray stopped leg, hand & general muscle cramps, I decided to try it! (FOR ME AT FIRST). I’m 74 & quite often my hands would cramp up after working hard with them. The 1st time I sprayed my hand lightly, the cramps stopped in approx. 1 min. (Didn’t believe the skin absorption could work that fast). Woke up 2Xs this past week with my own ankle & foot cramps…sprayed lightly…GONE IN 2 MINS! Wife doesn’t like change much…bucked me to try it on her crazy leg syndrome…2 days later, at bedtime, she gave in…”just spray a little on the very tops of my legs!” NEXT MORNING, after NO PILL, SHE HAD NO CRAMPING!!! It’s been a week & she sprays a little on top of her own legs WITH THE SAME RESULTS!!! Please BELIEVE ME, I get nothing for this review but I care enough about you guys out there that I pray you’ll try it with the same results! It’s a good product. I spray my feet and knees with it at night and massage into those areas. Then I apply a magnesium cream to lock in. It helps my feet and knee pain.

Not sure about my sleep.... I apply it on my back and rubbed it in skin. Instantly felt some relief. Yet like everythign else - ancupunture etc., the relief was somewhat short term. I then used other physical execises, and bracing for a day, all togetehr made my back feels much better.

Works well, and feels like a light oil while lathering on. I just gave it 4 stars because I don’t like how it leaves my skin feeling once it dries. You can rinse it off after 15mins, if you’re anything like me and particular about textures.

I suffer periodically from sciatica. I was recommended to try this by someone who uses it nightly. There is no smell and it looks just like w3ater but dont be fooled it is very effective. Squirt 3 or 4 times into your palm and rub into the affected area before going to bed. It eases the whole area and used regularly will certainly reduce if not remove the inflamation. My friend uses it one the base of her back and tells me it works wonders.

I ordered this to help with sore feet from wearing boots for work. As well as help with sleep - it definitely helps when standing constantly for 10 hour shifts. I recommend - wasy to apply & the magnesium oil provides a natural peel also.

I bought this on recommendation from a friend who suffers daily from sciatica. It certainly eases the pain and inflammation. I rub it into the affected part just before going to bed. It brings instant relief and a great nights sleep. Have recommended it to others who use it for back ache and arthritis. Great product - will definitely buy it again. The bottle last for months and months. One word jof caution - if you rub it into the soles of your feet be very careful when you get out of bed - your feet become very slippery -
