I bought this product in January there and it no longer works. It will no longer charge and I guess that the sim like design that's on the end that you would have put in the computer etc. fell off (Apologies I am not sure for what the technical term is). I seem to be unable to find the sellers details otherwise I would have contacted them directly regarding this. Other than that I did like the tracker when it worked.

I Loved this tracker, sadly the strap was not too good at closing securely, and after a few times when the tracker fell from my wrist at home, finally it was lost whilst shopping so bit costly to only last 11 weeks. Great item tho
