Have only had it a few weeks but love it so far. Using it on an I phone X with otterbox defender case. Have magnet on inside of case. No complaints.

Holds both typed of cell phones!
Works out great in my husband's truck. His CD player is a bit lower (Ford) than mine and he wanted one a bit higher, this one worked out well. Also holds up both his personal and work phone great! (IPhone and Galaxy Note)No complaints!

Great little STRONG mount
Great little STRONG mount. I can even lightly toss my heavy phone at the mount and it will grab it still. Maybe a little to strong. Just remember to give the CD mount a little nudge before putting the phone on to level out with the cd slot. Highly recommend as a lyft/rideshare driver. Wish it did come with a spare metal plate as once you put it on its ON!

Magnet super strong but plastic is BIG con
Very strong magnets. Big con is the plastic cover - defeats the strong magnets because phone slides off easily.I cut out a peice of rubber dishmat, super glue it to plastic face and this resolve the issue. Metal body of my LGG6 sticks securely through road imperfection.
