The extra strap makes it so easy to adjust for whatever size you are. I like the fact that you don't have to buy replacement pads like others because you just have to use water in the spray bottle they give you. You can feel the little tingles so you know it's working. You can wear it while you're relaxing or while you're doing other things. I highly recommend.

Huge waste of money. Very uncomfortable. Can't move around and do things while wearing it because if your body pulls away from the currents at all it severely hurts. Have seen ZERO results

I brought this with Bruce Lee in mind and other products that helped, I needed to build up muscle after weight loss and did my research. I found this did all it says it would do with me just turning a dial and breaking sweats with machine, made me feel like I was doing all the heavy lifting afterwards try it out for yourself.

I followed the directions and it just felt like tingling on the skin and stinging when turned up to a higher setting. I sprayed water before as per directions. Waste of money 💰 Going to buy a treadmill instead 😒

I purchased this product and the first time after charging the power pack, it still did not operate. I sent that back for replacement and the replacement didn't work. I sent it back for refund and bought the copperfit exercising belt which is better. I wish I could leave the stars blank.

It's made of very strong stretchy material, it fits comfortably exactly where I need it to. I love the fact the battery is rechargeable and it's fast charging. It says to use it for 20 minutes a day, but I started off at 15 to help work myself up because you can feel it working, I can't wait to see the long-term effect it will help give me.
