I started using this about a month ago, and for those with sensitive skin, it has been really helpful. It really puts up a nice barrier that protects your face from the razor

I use this with my Supply Single Edge SE to shave about 3 times per week. I do not use a brush, I simply wet my face and then apply it like you are putting on deodorant and then lather it up with your finger tips. Smells good with a scent similar to spearmint, not an overly masculine scent at all which is nice. It's also great on my sensitive skin and it's very lubricating and soothing. It does dry pretty fast though... although pretty much all shaving soap does, so it's not surprising. But it stays wet long enough to do a single pass shave, and with a quick re-wet you can go for a second pass. New container is nice, should be easier to remove the new round screw-on cap with wet hands compared to the original friction fit deodorant style container they used to use. New container is also shorter (but thicker) than the old container.

I am a Cremo man usually. On paper this stuff is perfect. It smells good, is really easy to apply and would be good for traveling. That’s as good as it gets though. In reality, this stuff is awful. It doesn’t glide well with my razor it didn’t protect from razor burn. I’ll be sticking with Cremo.

I never heard of this product, and ran upon it while searching other shaving products. I hoped it would be good after reading some of the higher ratings. It is absolutely the slickest shaving product that I have ever used, and works great with my Braun electric razor. I also used it with a blade to shave my head. I am pleased that it has a semi solid format and and lathers up on my face with just a little added water. I was also able to continue to add water as I shaved, and it continued to provide protection and slickness. I don't know how long it will last with daily use, but I am going to continue to use it both face and head. I also like that it doesn't contain unwanted additives.

I really like this shave soap but the scent is overpowering for me. Works into a very nice lather, incredibly slick and easy to apply. Nice and portable for travel. Unfortunately I only used it 3 times, scent was a turn off for me. I like the eucalyptus smell (from 5 ft away), but it's just too strong once I apply it to my face. If you can live with the scent, it's a phenomenal soap in every way. Have a great shave!

The product works in a pinch when you need to shave, and your normal pre-shave isn't available. I've been using pre shave for 40 years with electric foil shavers. I decided to try something new, and this is what I went with. I have extremely sensitive skin and need something easy to apply, this fit what I was looking for. I didn't get as close a shave as I usually do with another product. But it's easy to apply and traveling. I noticed that when using my razor, a Braun Series 7 that it seemed to slow down the razor taking longer to shave. After the first use I checked to see if the blades were relatively clean, and they were fine. I think it would work better with a regular razor and lathered up like most shaving creams.

Great for shaving.

Originally I purchased for my husband, and he kindly let me try it once. I was hooked! It works so well with my Omnishaver, no buildup that I need to try and rinse out (I'm looking at you, HeadSlick) and I needed very little to get an absolutely smooth and wonderful shave. Like others mentioned, one downside is that it can dry out, but it rehydrates quite easily. I've never been bothered by shaving product on my hands so smoothing it around with my hands gives it an ever so slight lather. Our stick must have tipped over in the heat and melted (we ordered in summer), because it formed into the cap and had a huge bubble on the side, so the knob to raise the product doesn't work very well. My second stick I ordered was normal, works as expected.

This stuff provides a good shave. And it’s a lot cheaper than the fancier European shave sticks. It is a solid so not part of liquid bag when going through airport. That’s great! Only reason it’s 4 stars is that while rubbing it on your face a lot of cream accumulates in side that you have to wipe off before putting lid back on. I recommend only rubbing the stick on half your face, then scooping up stuff on side of stick with your finger and it will be enough for the other half of your face.
