Not quite as sweet as sugar, but no aftertaste and it works great in baked goods
I use this for baking; it substitutes one for one for sugar. The resulting baked good will not be as sweet as if you had used sugar, but allulose does not have any aftertaste and does not induce an insulin response so it's great for diabetics. You also can use half allulose and half sugar in your recipes, and the resulting product will be pretty close sweetness-wise compared to if you had used all sugar. If you need to substitute allulose for light brown sugar, add 1 tablespoon of molasses per cup of allulose. For dark brown sugar, add 2 tablespoons molasses per cup of allulose.

Good for controlling elevation in blood sugar
Good alternative to other sweeteners that raise blood sugar. It mixes well and did cause any GI disturbance.Combining it with a little monk fruit powder improves taste, too.

Amazing for cooking and baking, Flan-life here I come!
Love this stuff, it caramellizes so well and I've made flan with it recently. It turns out lovely, has that amazing caramel flavor and colors the top of the flan beautifully. Don't think I can ever live without this stuff! Can definitely recommend it. I personally have no negative side-effects from using it. No gas or other discomfort. It just makes for a guilt-free dessert! I added this into Rebel Milk along with eggs and some vanilla extract and it's just flat out amazing. No off-flavor naturally, as you can expect from Allulose. If you're on keto, or want to reduce your sugar-intake, I can absolutely recommend this!I did hear this isn't as good for baked goods, and personally I tend to use Erythritol for those anyway, so I can't vouch for that. But for flan, and I expect things like puddings and jellies, this would be amazing. Plus, it makes lovely caramel! You could honestly fool me into thinking this is actual sugar, but I do know it's not, because I get some murder headaches and heartburn from sugar.I've started living my best flan-life, and I'm not planning on stopping!

less than 2/3 sweet as sugar, but very versatile in use
I like that it was the best price ( Not Inexspensive) for this sugar substitute, this type of non sugar sweetener was recommended by Dr. Gundry, I am a type 1 Diabetic, so always looking for healthy ways to get sweetness. It is less than 2/3 as sweet as table sugar, but it is very versatile for use in baking, can brown it, therefore caramels are even possible, use in same ratios as sugar, similar effect of texture of baked goods also. I personally add some pure Stevia Extract to increase the sweetness level, don't need much, the Stevia I bought is very good, doesn't seem to add an undesirable flavor, at least to my taste buds.

Good Sugar Sub
Allulose allows me to sweeten my coffee. I also sprinkle it on strawberries and blueberries. A good sugar sub, that tastes just like sugar, for those wishing to avoid blood sugar spikes. No aftertaste! Highly recommended. The only downside is it isn't as sweet as sugar. I takes almost twice as much.

Tasty, fine grind, low dust
I love this sweetener! I use it to make my gluten free sugar free cookies and my teens love them. It is fine and perfect for substituting cane sugar.

Great value, finely ground
Allulose is a great sugar substitute for many keto cooking and baking uses. I find this brand is an excellent value, and importantly, it's finely ground so it dissolves well. (I once made the mistake of buying a different brand that was cheaper, but the granules were much larger, making it difficult to use.)

No Sweetness, Wierd Taste!
This stuff is terrible! Almost no sweetness and wierd taste. I've been using stevia for years, but I read allulose was better. So I tried adding to my morning mug of coffee, first a teaspoon, then 2, then 3. Then tried a full 2 tablespoon coffee scoop of this allulose and still barely sweet enough with strange chemical taste. I bought the 3 pack and it is not returnable, so in the trash it goes. Why are the reviews so good??? This makes me appreciate my teany tiny scoop of stevia.
