This thing has been going strong for over a year and has stood up to living in a teen's backpack the whole time. I like that it's bright so if you need it it's easy to spot in the depths of a bag. His backpack was in the sun a lot and the epi hasn't discolored at all and seems well insulated and protected. It fits 2 generic pens and a small bottle of Zyrtec with ease.

Great epi-pen carrier for 2 injectors, hard shell and well insulated, lots of room for other meds or necesities. The only reason I give a 4 star review is because it it heavy and its carryability may not be the best for kids. Also, it doesn't look like an emergy meds carrier, but that can be solved by putting a sticker on the top. Other than that, great product. Sturdy, ample space inside, bright red color.
