Will this let me connect a 50mm twist waste pipe to a 32mm drain (dog grooming bath)

Your dimensions seem ok, i used it for a connection of a vacuum to my bench saw. The 34mm end will compress with the screw clip or you could put some tape around your 32mm end and make it larger.

This 50mm x 32mm Flexible Adaptor can be used to join 1½” NB to 1” NB imperial pipes. For reference, the 1½” and 1” nominal bore imperial pipes have outside diameters of 48.3mm and 33.4mm respectively.

Will these fit on a 35mm and 45mm pipe?

Hi Angela S. I purchased this fitting and fitted it onto an electric plane outlet which was 50mm. Then onto a vacuum which was 30mm. As this fitting has a strong jubilee clip to reduce size and clamp onto fittings, you should have no problem fitting it onto a 45mm connection. Or clamping onto a 35mm or down to 30mm fitting.
