I love this thing! Use it every day. Easy set up! Warms things up fast.

I love this towel warmer and so does my dog. I heat her blanket before bed. For those who struggle with the power button, read the instructions. YOU DON’t PUSH THE BUTTON. Just rest your finger against the power button and wait a second and it will move to 15 seconds. Continue to rest your finger on the button and it will move to 30, 45 or 60 minutes. I’m sure this is meant to keep children from messing with the buttons. It works easily and well if you follow the instructions.

I love the towel warmer however I struggle with the on and off bottom. I have to press extremely hard to turn the warmer on. It would be great if it had a remote

It’s very good , light and easy to use , the white with gold base is beautiful. I recommend this product.

The light display broke after 2 days. This is a picture of the unit off. The lights won’t turn off or show you which setting you are on & the 45 min. light doesn’t work at all. It also barely warms a towel. I’m perplexed by the good reviews.

This it true luxury. I have larger towels so if I want to put in two, they really need to be shoved in there, but it fits one large size bathrobe perfectly. It is wonderful to step out of the shower and put on a nice warm robe. The modern design looks great in our bathroom as well.

Stopped working after only a few months. I only use it for blankets (not in a wet area) and it still stopped working. It lights up when plugged in but the button to turn it on and set the time no longer works. Disappointing for the price :(
