I can purchased several types of these panel storage products. This is my favorite. Lots of options for assembly and for how to use as storage. Panels and connectors are sturdy and well made. The shelf design is much better than the other one I have. I love that you can put the shelves vertical or horizontal. I took part of this and built it for on top of the closet shelf. The main part is on the floor. It's so versatile as you can build as one piece unit or like me, make two units. It was easy to put together. Shelves are sturdy. Really happy with this.

Got this for our nursery. Easy to put together. We may switch it horizontally but I like that it’s versatile. So far it’s pretty sturdy but once we put stuff in it I’ll update my review

Exactly what I needed. I actually had fun putting this together. It's especially nice because you can customize the configuration so it best fits your space. I'm using it as a closet organization system in my bedroom. It's great! Helps me keep the closet neat and organized. It provides me the convenience of open shelving while staying nicely hidden away. Very pleased!

Very simple design, perfect for toy storage or crafts. Versatile in the many combinations you can create.

I’d love to give this 5 stars based on two things: 1) there are lots of compartments, including many small ones. That makes organizing and storing things far better and easier. 2) The shelves are flat and smooth because they are not wires. The problems with wire shelves are that when you try to slide stacks of clothes into them, some of the fabric gets into the wire openings and makes it hard to slide ... or messes up the folds in the clothes. Also, if you put things like small bottles on wire shelves, they often tilt to the side or fall down because of the openings.But despite those two big advantages of these shelves, I give it 4 stars because: A) It’s hard to assemble, and I’m good at assembling things. B) The connectors in the shape of a T don’t stay in place, and about half of them fall off if I even barely touch them. This is because they are too wide, and thus the wire frame doesn’t at all stay inside them. The other connectors are less wide, so the wire frame really clicks into them and stays there. It doesn’t cause the whole system to be unstable, but it does cause the shelves that use the T connectors to be less sturdy; and it affects the looks because there isn’t a connector where there should be one.Lastly, I would prefer (and I think a majority of people would prefer) if most of the small compartments were at the top of the unit or closer to the top. The small compartments are generally for small items, and it’s less convenient to have to bend down to organize many small items. A thick winter jacket or 2 thick winter sweaters take up one of the large compartments, and bending down to put them into a big compartment would only take a few seconds. By contrast, bending down to put 8 small things into a small compartment takes about 400% to 800% longer.Related to this, the small compartments are more likely to have a variety of items such as different colors of socks, an assortment of toiletries, several types of suntan lotion, or other collections of small items. Having these collections closer to eye level would be far better because you need to see the whole compartment from front to back in order to remove the item you need. In comparison, if there are 2 sweaters or 4 large beach towels in a large compartment, you can instantly see what the items are even if they’re in the bottom row of the unit, and easily pull out the needed item without needing to see the whole compartment. The same is true when there’s 1 large jacket or a blanket or other large item occupying a whole large compartment. That’s another reason why most of the small compartments should be at the top, and the bottom 2 rows should have the large compartments.The manufacturer of this product should consider the improvement above for future versions of this product. Likewise, if a competitor reads this and wants to release a better product, they should consider these changes.

I was very pleased with how sturdy the shelves are, I have zero concern about any of them sagging. All looked great, lots of ways to configure them, and pretty easy to assemble. Using the included hammer, all the connectors seem snug and so no worries there. Amazon is suggesting I mention the smell, and to that end there wasn’t any distinct odor. For me, these were perfect because in order to fit them up in my close I had to install them in pieces

Perfect storage solution for a closet. I love that I was able to configure the boxes to fit the space perfectly. I purchased this storage unit to organize toys in my daughter’s closet. You need to use the soft hammer to ensure every piece is locked into place. I was surprise how sturdy it is for the price. I will definitely be getting another one to organize my closet.
