Great product

I use this headset for both work (specifically Microsoft Teams calls on my laptop) and personal calls on my Pixel 8 Pro. Connections to both devices on power-uo is extremely quick, and the sound quality is excellent. Would give it 5 stars, but balancing it to charge on the wireless pad is a little awkward, and sometimes it falls off the charger if I accidentally bump the desk it's on.

I bought the headphones + wireless charging pad. The headset is comfortable and the sound quality to the headphone user/ANC is very good. Sound quality to remote listener is good, although the noise reduction for remote listener is not excellent (based on listening to recordings and intentionally creating different background noises). Sometimes it filters room noise, sometimes it doesn't. When not talking on the mic, background noise is somewhat effectively filtered. As soon as you start talking over the mic, background noise comes through, completely unfiltered. This includes different types of background noise, whether it's music, white noise, or even keyboard clicking while typing. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be how it works, but seems very low tech. Strangely, the sidetone feature that allows you to hear your own voice in the headset doesn't itself seem to filter environmental noise *at all* even when not talking on the mic. This is distracting and it makes it feel like the remote listener is getting more extraneous room noise from the environment than they may actually be. I did turn sidetone volume up in the app settings, but that's because I don't hear it if I don't. So overall the headset works well, but remote listener noise reduction is disappointing given the high cost of the headphones.The rest of this review is about the wireless charging pad/charging of the headset.> The picture shows the headphones in an upright position with the charging side of the headphones standing up sideways on the charger. It's a bit unstable in that orientation, and the headphones can flop over if you don't position it just so or if you bump the table it's on. You can instead use the folding/twisting capability of the headphones to make it more gravitationally stable, which I thought would be the answer, but (see next bullets).> The sweet spot for placing the headphones so it actually charges can be hit and miss. I can place in what seems to be the exact center of the pad, and it doesn't charge. I wasn't really aware this was happening until one morning the headphone battery was completely exhausted after sitting on the pad all night. I had to pivot the charging pad to show the LED indicator light more clearly and I then have to jostle the headphones a couple centimeters this way and that before I get a light that indicates it's charging.> Even when you get the light that indicates it's charging, some random time later it can stop charging while on the pad, like it's no longer on the sweet spot even though nothing moved. You have to push it around again or take it off the pad and put it back on before it registers and starts charging again.> It does seem to be more stable with being able to maintain a charge link if I use in the pictured upright position, but as above, this has downsides.> The percent-charged figure that shows on the Jabra Direct app is a little dodgy. I can leave the headset on all night and it will be in the low 80s the next morning. I'm not sure if this indicates it really isn't fully charging or if the percent being reported by the app is incorrect.> The percent-charged value showing on the app will immediately jump down ~10% as the headphones hits the charger (either wired or wireless). If I take it back off the charger, the percentage jumps back up. It's very consistent in this behavior and occurs on different computers. It's irritating and makes the charging experience feel unreliable.> With the above going on, it's hard to tell if the headset really does charge fully in the two hour period it is supposed to.My old headset has a charging cradle where you drop one ear of the headphone onto the cradle to make a physical connection with the charger but without having to plug in a cable. It was convenient, gravitationally stable and very reliable for charging. I wish I had that option here. I suppose I can skip the wireless pad and plug into a USB cable, but that is really a step backward in convenience from my older (and frankly, much cheaper) headset.Based on the charger and remote listener noise reduction experience, I am rating 3/5. Still deciding if I return the headphones.

I bought this based on the Wirecutters' recommendation. I don't agree with the Wirecutter that this is a great product. The core problem I have is that in Teams and Zoom, Jabra offers three different devices, but only one works. If I ever need to switch microphone or speaker, it's guesswork to figure out which of the three I need to use, and with a one- to two-second lag before I get results, I can miss just enough of a meeting to get lost for a few minutes. and it's not consistent which of the three devices I should use each time.The feature to mute/unmute when lowering/raising the microphone bar is also hit or miss--most of the time, it mutes my voice, but there have been times when it mutes audio.Very frustrating. I may try using this with my mobile and/or Xbox. But for work calls on my Win11 laptop, it's a real pain until I can find the right pair of devices.

I bought this and it came in a bigger box. The box holder is bigger than the box. The box seemed used. Didn’t bring the wireless charger. And came in a different headset model. I ended up purchasing through the manufacturer.
