These Phosphatidylserene gummies with vitamin C and D taste great. They don’t contain sugar or corn syrup. Instead, they’re sweetened with stevia, which is a lot healthier. They’re fresh, soft, and easy to chew.I ordered them to help me relax at night, and sleep better. I take them about an hour before bed, along with a magnesium and hemp gummy. The combination of the three gummies work well to help me relax, and get more restful sleep.I haven’t noticed any improvement yet with memory, focus, or energy, but those will take some time before I really know if they’re helping.I like that they are made from sunflower lecithin rather than soy, and the addition of vitamin C and D is nice, so I don’t have to take them separately. So, my bf loves gummies and doesn't care too much for vitamin pills. I bought this product to see how he likes it, as well as try it out myself. I love the flavor of these gummies, and even though it is advertised for kids, it is great for adults as well! I find it to be a nice supplemental source for vitamins that any gummy lover would enjoy. NOT recommended to eat as a snack, but add a few of these to your "gummy routine" and you're all set. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.
