Gentle, effective, and actually works
This shampoo has been a lifesaver. It’s gentle but still effective, and it helped clear up flakes and irritation without drying out the skin. The formula feels soothing, and it doesn’t have that harsh medicated smell some shampoos do. I noticed improvement after just a few washes. It lathers well, rinses clean, and didn’t cause any irritation. Definitely something I’d keep on hand if skin issues flare up again. Pros: ✔ Gentle on sensitive skin ✔ Helps with flakes and irritation ✔ Light, clean scent ✔ Easy to rinse Cons: ➖ A bit more expensive than regular shampoo Worth it if you’re dealing with persistent scalp or skin issues and need something mild but effective.

Dandruff and dryness
I recently used the Happy Cappy Medicated Shampoo & Body Wash, and it works exactly as promised. The formula is gentle but effective—within just a few washes, I noticed a big improvement in flakes and redness. I like that it’s fragrance-free and safe for sensitive skin, which makes it perfect for daily use on little ones. The included comb is a great bonus and helps remove stubborn flakes without irritating the scalp. Definitely a product I’d recommend to any parent dealing with seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, or cradle cap.

Worked Perfectly for Our Youngest with Cradle Cap, Even After Just a Few Uses!
This has been incredibly helpful for our little one so far. With our previous child, we used Selsun Blue for cradle cap, which worked, but was a bit too harsh for our youngest one this time around. This is much gentler and far less irritating, and it doesn’t require constant massaging, just use it like a normal shampoo during bath time and rinse at the end. We noticed a big improvement after just a few uses, with flakes reducing quickly. It has no strong or unpleasant smell, rinses cleanly, and it’s convenient that it can also be used as a body wash. It's thick enough to be like a normal shampoo or body wash, so it doesn't run everywhere, and the effects seem to last a while. The pump bottle is easy to use, and you get a good amount for the price. All in all, it’s been a huge relief to find something effective yet gentle, and I’d absolutely purchase it again if the cradle cap comes back if we run out!

UPDATED: I am an adult with seborrheic dermatitis/fungal acne
04/17/19 I was using a prescription Ketoconzaole shampoo for my seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and face it started losing its effectiveness, so I got this shampoo to alternate with. I had bad withdrawals from the Ketoconzaole shampoo, after I started using this shampoo the flare up went down. I gently lather and put it on my face every night in the shower and let it sit while I wash my body. It starts to tingle a little if left on too long and sometimes causes a little bit of redness but it fades by morning. For my scalp I wash my hair every few days with this it works okay, I have tough build up sometimes from my SD and because it’s a nice gentle product it sometimes doesn’t remove all of it. UPDATE AFTER A YEAR OF USE w/ PHOTOS: 05/08/20 I have been using this product for over a year now and my skin have improved greatly. No more itchy, flaky skin and my rash is gone. I religiously use it every night and let it sit on my skin while I wash my body and only wash face in morning with warm water after washing hands with soap. I have a separate face cloth to pat dry my face and change it every few days. Keep what touches your face clean; fingers and face towels. I also use a maintenance AHA BHA chemical peel by The Ordinary once a week. Amazing peel and makes skin smooth. I use 2-3 products to moisturize, Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum and (5drops) Timeless 100% Squalane oil (8-10drops). When my skins really dry I use EltaMD Intense Face Moisturizer (ingredients just petroleum jelly) (pea size). I also reference a blog for products that are safe it’s called “simple skincare science.com” this help me find all the products I use. I hope this review helps anyone else who may be suffering from the same skin condition, stay strong your skin will get better!

something that actually works for Cradle Cap
Finally, something that actually works for Cradle Cap! "I tried everything for my baby’s stubborn cradle cap—oils, brushes, and 'gentle' soaps—but nothing touched it until Happy Cappy. After just couples of uses, the redness calmed down, and the flakes were almost gone. I love that it’s fragrance-free and doesn't irritate my little one's sensitive skin. It’s a total game-changer for parents dealing with seborrheic dermatitis

Miracle for cradle cap and eczema prone skin
I wish I had before and after photos. My 15 month old (at the time we used it was 5 months old) has terrible cradle cap. The pediatrician wrote it as a skin condition for daycare. My other kids I was able to use mostly any wash/shampoo and give a lil scrub and cradle cap would be gone, but not my last baby. I gave this a try and it does take time- I bathed him every 2-3 days (it is NOT tear free) and saw a noticeable difference in 2 weeks. 2 months later cradle cap was gone for good! The bonus is it worked WONDERS on his eczema skin as well- all patches had disappeared. I tried another soap and within 2 weeks his patches were back. I went back to this and his skin cleared again. Fast forward to today- I’m going to try the eczema wash (the yellow/clear) by Happy CAPPY since we just deal with eczema patches now, but if it doesn’t clear him up I know I can count on this medicated one!

Wash hair, do not tangle
Good price and good product. My child didn’t have any scalp issues, but I still bought it. I can’t say whether it treats problems since there were none, but it washes hair nicely.

Worked really well! Reduced severe cradle cap in our three month old after just 1 use and continued working until it was fully gone. It is gentle yet effective.
