It is a good product by muscleblaze. You can trust its quality. It provides 23gm of protein which is a good quantity. You can simply go for it. It is also at a cheaper cost so you must buy it.

The product is overpriced and not worth its cost. MuscleBlaze markets it as "High Protein Oats" but charges more than double the price of regular oats. In reality, it’s just basic oats mixed with cheap soya chunks. This feels misleading and disappointing, as customers are being fooled into paying a premium for a simple product. If you want the same result, buy regular oats and mix them with soya chunks yourself for much less. I’ve shared pictures that clearly show how they’re selling regular oats in the name of “High Protein Oats.” Avoid this product—it’s simply not worth it.
