Does this blend smoothly with only water and ice in a blender? (I don't want to have to add banana or "milk" of any kind).

I use only water, and a shaker bottle, and it comes out perfectly. I didn't even have to shake it all that much. No clumps at all either. Was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes, and I didn't add anything to it at all, just water and the powder......wasn't even cold water either, but I am sure it would be better cold. My dad liked it room temperature just fine too.

Will this product mix well if shaken or must you use a blender?

Shaken it tends to separate a little bit but I don't mind the few chunks that are left over, as for a blender I disagree with the last comment, if you make a good recipe it turns out fantastic in a blender. This powder for me is on the sweeter side, so I limit the added amount of sweetness that I add to it. Just put some almond milk and peanut butter in with this powder and you're all set. Want to get a little more, put some ground flax and chia seed in there! This is some high quality stuff.

Which tastes better, chocolate or vanilla?

Depends on who you ask and your personal preference but both have great feedback from customers. Chocolate is a bit more popular than the vanilla and makes an amazing stand-alone shake with just cold water. Add peanut butter / PBfit and it'll be your new fav (if you like that sort of thing). Vanilla can be used with fresh fruit and smells sort of like cake batter. Honestly they are both really good, hard to choose!

Does this come with a scoop? I can’t seem to find one in my package. How much is a scoop?

Mine came with a scoop inside of the container.
