Yarn came knotted up and when I untangled it the pieces fell apart so I guess instead of giving me a full length of yarn it was yarn pieces tied together…

It was vacuum sealed which made it look not so good. I get the packing to protect it from getting wet but the yarn looked not so great. Opening it up was disappointing as the yarn was more ruff than soft.
