RTIC 28 Can Everyday Cooler, Soft Sided Portable Insulated Cooling for Lunch, Beach, Drink, Beverage, Travel, Camping, Picnic, for Men and Women

My cooler ripped the month after the warranty expired. I contacted RTIC, hoping for maybe a patch kit recommendation or advice on how to repair. Instead, I received three different emails telling me I am out of warranty. Thanks, I know. There was no recognition of how a customer might continue using one of their products AFTER the warranty expires... SO much worse than just another money-grab, RTIC would like me to please just buy a new one and throw the old one in the landfill. When I replace this cooler it won't be with any RTIC product, ever again. What a frustrating customer service experience, ugh.

I absolutely love it! The color is fun and vibrant, and the size is perfect for what I need. It easily holds snacks, drinks, and ice packs for a full day at the beach, and everything stays cold for hours. The soft-sided design makes it lightweight and easy to carry, but it’s still very durable and well-made. I’ve already used it for beach trips, picnics, and even quick outings with the kids. El tamaño me parece bueno para lo que ocupo y de buena calidad , y la funcionalidad como el destapador integrado El unico inconveniente es que cuando se recibe viene muy comprimido y para abrirlo esta muy apretado las presillas con las correas, de hecho ya en el uso normal no veo necesario las presillas, dado que es suficiente el zipper (cierre), así que de hecho pienso corta rlas presillas
