I can only imagine this is designed for a much larger person because it is so uncomfortable. I wanted support and cushioning for my sacrum but it just arched my back. It also moves around constantly. Would not buy

The cushion is just right size for supporting the lumbar area. But, there is only one short strap attached on one side with no strap on the opposite side to attach it to! Anyway, I sewed a strip of elastic to it. So I can now attach it to the back of my dining chair. I would have returned it for a refund, but it was cheaper than the others on sale, so I've made do!

I just don't understand what you're supposed to do with it? Why is there a 6" clip? It's too thin to do anything imo. It's light, it doesn't really support anything. I can't see how it could offer support. Very thin, offering little comfort. Overall, a poor purchase. I don't understand the strange little clip? It obviously clips to itself, but it's 6" long? In fact, I will take a photo. Poor performance.
