I have used Boswellia for about a year now , and this brand is awesome. I’m a runner & also a dancer & an athlete. I’ve been injured during this last year off and on , and if it wasn’t for Boswellia and devils claw, I would. It be able to recover and reduce inflammation. Any sports med doc will tell you that Boswellia has been used in other non western cultures for thousands of years .. have no fear and get yours. Take it consistently is the key!

I had terrible knee pain and locking. After an MRI came back near perfect, the orthopedic specialist called it tendonitis. Along with Glucosamine, tumeric, and collegan, I take 4000mg of this a day and I think my tendonitis is manageable. I still hike and walk and try to workout. Stretching is still huge, so is yoga. Ran out a while back and tried to give it a go without both this and the glocosamine and I was in a lot of pain. I refuse to not have a semi active life, so i will be reordering this product for a long long while

I started taking this on the advice of a friend. I had taken it for quite a while and didn’t know if it was really working so I stopped taking it. That was a mistake. Now I am a faithful believer that it really helps my arthritic pain. I would recommend this product!

I take boswellia as an anti inflammatory. Overall this product does keep the inflammation down. As a result I feel comfortable. My knees and feet don’t hurt much at all. Without, my feet can swell and my knees start to hurt.I recommend this blend of Boswellia.

My husband has not noticed any difference at all and he’s been taking them for 3 weeks and he said he’s going to stop. I’m going to give them a try and I’ll do an update.

I really like this Boswellia. It is an easy to swallow capsule. It has 500mg per capsule. More than other Boswellia I have used. I loved that it is made in the USA. Would definitely buy again.

Ordered for my arthritic joint aches and pains. Noticing some difference. But am noticing a nice improvement in my facial skin even only after a week. My skin looks plumper and has a more youthful glow. Two weeks in.. a definite difference so its obviously boosting collagen which is likely how it eases joint pains. Will be a customer for life!

We bought this hoping that it would work better than the 250 mg we bought at vitiamin shop but this product is not as good it takes about 30 minutes longer to work an does not last as long as the 250 mg we are dissapointed.
