I wanna first say I did not try this without the infamous tape mode, but I've had the tape mod in on both my keebs for a while, and adding this foam has really changed the sound. I use linear switches, so I want that "thock" sound, and this definitely raised that sensation for me. It also makes the keyboard feel more robust, in my opinion. I'm a novice modder, so cutting this to shape with my hobby knife wasn't hard, but I definitely wish I'd done a little better about the dimensions. Still, I can wholly recommend this to anyone who is interested in putting foam down in their keyboard and want something specialized for it. It's easy to install, and it works like a treat.

Worked perfectly for what I bought it for. I needed a better foam in the Epomaker TH80, and this did just the trick. Plus some extra left over, which I should have saved for my TH21 I just got in recently. After cutting it out just the way I needed it. I put it in the board and did the job. Great for keyboard modding.

Used this in an old keyboard I was modding, the end result is great but it was a pain to cut each hole for all the keys, I figured it'd cut great with a fresh x-acto blade but it didn't. Still worked great in the end just took forever.

It barely did anything to the razer black widow v3 sound.
