Nice and thin so I don’t trip on it
This rug came with a plastic film on the bottom that easily peels off. Once removed, it grips my oak floor and the rug doesn’t slide when I wheel my chair on it. It was easy to trim with scissors. Only the gray and black were available. I chose the gray.

Great mat, horrible packaging
The mat itself is very nice. I'm not in love with the whole idea of requiring you to stick it to the floor. In my rental, I'm horrified it just won't come off. So I haven't stuck it on yet and my chair rolls over it just fine and it doesn't fold or anything. But seriously? In the instructions it literally tells you that oh, packaging has us fold it, so now you have to iron it to make it smooth and look nice! I'm 20 something years old in a rental. Do I look like I own an iron? Just sent it in a roll and then you would not have this issue. Poor design packaging quality on their part and that's so annoying.

Definitely worth the $
I've had this rug for a year & it's held up extremely well. I work from home & work 12.5 hour shifts & I love that it stays put under my work chair. I have 2 dogs & 1 cat it's easy to clean. I'm getting ready to turn it around & put the worn area under the desk & get another year out of it.

Flypaper, Difficult to Reposition, Creases Show
I bought these on September 26, 2024, and have been using them under my desk chair with rollers. They are installed on a Pergo laminate floor (you must remove the protective film on the bottom of the carpet to get it to "stick"). I am at my desk for about seven hours daily, moving around quite a bit. The rugs are difficult to position and reposition—you must pick up the carpet and avoid carefully pulling too hard. If you do, the white sticky film detaches from the rug, and getting them to line up again and without wrinkles is challenging. Don't let the white film stick to itself—it is like flypaper! I cannot get the creases out even after repositioning several times. The upside is that you can roll on them (on my flooring) relatively quickly, and the carpet does not move.

Ruined the hardwood floor in my home office
This mat ruined the finish on my hardwood floor. The instructions say to remove the plastic layer on the bottom of the mat. It's a very thin clear plastic layer. The material behind it is slightly tacky. Using this for the very first time, I lifted the mat, to get it in a good position. Looked at the floor and saw where it had pulled up the finish. I've never had this kind of issue with other chair mats. You can see in the pictures where the finish is missing on my floor and is now stuck to the bottom of the mat. I never even put a chair or anything else on the mat, this was literally from having the mat on the floor for a few seconds.

Great Chair Mat
Good thickness. Not too thin or cheap. Good quality. Easy to clean and keep clean. Lays flat without any issues.

Good size for small desk area
This is a good size mat for a small desk area (for example, in a studio apt). The backing is very sticky and doesn’t move an inch once you’ve placed it down. The fabric does pick up my chair wheel marks, but I don’t really mind. Not sure if it’s stated anywhere in the listing but the mat comes folded so there are creases. It has instructions on how to get them out via ironing, but I don’t own an iron, so I just placed it down with its creases. I found that they don’t decrease its functionality at all.

Not thick, not recommended for heavy set folks
This mat does what its intended to do and that is protect the floor from being scratched. However, if you are like me and have LVP (luxury vinyl plank) in your home and are on the heavier side (230+) then you may see your LVP start warping. I ordered a thicker mat to place over this and since then I have had no issues.
