Absolutely 100% recommend these. Clear and crisp and what you would expect a p-bass to sound like. I used these in a from-scratch build and they were more than exceptional.

Used to replace the pickups on an old Hondo II bass. Exact fit. Great sound. Would recommend.

Was not sure if this was the problem to my bass guitar, but I went for it anyhow and it was in this product is great. My base sounds nice easy to install.

I owned a Fender MIM precision bass for 10 years. Sold it in January and built a pbass from scratch. I was a bit nervous about how these might sound. But the sound identical to the Fender MIM precision bass pickups. I also bought a Wilkinson pbass bridge whose quality was also better than I expected. Wilkinson seems to be serious about make high quality guitar parts.

Got this to upgrade the pickups in my old Crate bass. Sounds good to my ear, not sure what Vari Gauss means, but it sounds better than the former pickup in this bass. Was easy to install, and fit my pickguard perfectly without cutting.

A definite upgrade from the stock affinity to pickups. Nice punch and round tone

Sounds very good for the price compared to expensive alnico pickups
