Good quality for the price, my wife likes it. however, the date is so small that it's not legible without a magnifying glass.

Purchased this watch because it was similarly designed to an expensive watch I lost. Wasn’t expecting a lot for the price. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. It was packaged nicely in protective coverings. The design is classy and the face is easy to read. The date window is a bit small but able to read numbers well enough. Instructions to set time, time, and band size are included. I used the tool provided to remove two band links; process was surprisingly easy. Watch fits great and I look forward to wearing many years.

I like the size of the face: not too small and not too large, so it is just right. I like the two color band: goes with everything. I like that they supplied to tool to adjust the band size to fit my wrist. Price was reasonable, too. Keeps great time. Just about perfect!

Taking links out was way too difficult and there was no video to show how to do it. Written instructions were not helpful as photos were quite small and probably would not have helped if were larger. After a 30 min phone conversation, Amazon was not able to change this return to our usual, convenient, UPS location, though the very nice Amazon representative was understanding and helpful as possible. I went to Kohl's (as directed) and waited in their return(s) line, they finally scanned my 'QR code' and said, "Oh no, this is not our code, this item can ONLY be returned to Staples". The watch was a 'disaster', the return was a 'disaster' and a huge waste of my time and $$. My wife ultimately selected and purchased a (quality) Citizen brand watch and she loves it! Spend the extra $$, buy a Citizen, Seiko or other quality watch (a 'real' watch) and save yourself a lot of time, wasted $$ and needless frustration and forget this semi-disposable, 'junk', 'fashion accessory'.
