Helps with good sleep and cramps

Been taking the tablets for about a week. Some stomach upset but nothing major. Decided to cut the dosage down to 1 tablet per day and noticed a positive difference. Sleep quality has improved and I feel more relaxed. I also think that it is suppressing my appetite as I don't seem to have as many food cravings which I'm sure will help keep the menopausal stomach paunch in check together with exercise. Good value for money. I shall definitely continue taking these.

Take them every night, find it definitely helps relax tension in my muscles before sleeping and after a workout. Easy to swallow.

I have now learned that this element is an essential mineral responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. There are also numerous types of magnesium, and I should be taking a combination of at least 6 to 8 for optimal health. So for that reason, I only give it 3 stars, but of course, it's better than nothing.

Magnesium gives you a bit of a boost in several areas and these are a good price and value. Hopefully good for the immune system and cardiovascular markers. Tablets are big however tasteless.

These tablets are huge so a lil be difficult to swallow but asides from that they’re great, you feel the effects almost immediately, im sleeping better now and the aches and pains are down to minimum. I’ll be buying again.
