I've had two sets before these which didn't get the balance right, the first was hard around the wrist and didn't have much movement, and my second set were too soft! These get the balance perfect! They have a label which keeps them tough, and the main wrap itself has a good enough loop to keep it sturdy too, very happy with these. The weight lifting wraps I haven't used too much, as i tend to stick with the wrist wraps which i am so happy with, but i did use them for some pull ups once and was more than happy with them.

Simple to use. Works great. Looks good. Feels good. Only down side is the lifting straps have started fraying already after 1 week of use Previous reviews complain about the labels on show, however they are easy to remove if you chose to.

I'm really pleased with these; they have really made a difference to how much I'm able to lift during workouts. I spent a long time trying to find some in cute colours and this aqua blue was the best I could find. Also, having both the straps and wrist supports together makes this a really good deal.

Item is as described, good quality. Theres a pad in the straps in case that was unclear from the image. It's made of some type of plastic/polymer, not cotton, so when you initially start using them they're very smooth, but this fixes itself after using them a few times.

Excellent quality and very good value. Have used both straps and wrist supports and they are both comfortable and effective. If I was forced to find a fault it would be a very personal one and not a fault of the product. I have very small wrists and when using the lifting straps because they close up so small on my tiny wrists the padding on the straps starts to prevent the straps closing completely. Other than that lifted 170 kg with no slippage so very good, thank you.

I own a small gym where we sell various weight lifting equipment and accessories, mostly straps and wraps. Coming across tons of stuff every year I must say these Nordic lifting accessories stand out quite a bit. Unlike a lot of other products these all come packaged in good looking zip-lock bags and more importantly with INSTRUCTIONS. You can't imagine how many people come to us and buy straps without being able to figure out how to actually use them.. Well, these guys have figured it out. Kudos to them. Prices are very affordable as well for the quality you get. What they sell their wraps and straps pack for is much cheaper than Inzer and Scheik, and the Nordic's are much superior in regards of stiffness (and thereby support, which is what wraps are all about). A short summary from someone with experience, for new users: WHY BUY WRIST WRAPS? 1. Buy if you're really strong in pushing exercises (primarily bench) and your wrists are taking a beating. Don't let your wrists hold you back. Always take out the weak link of the equation. 2. DON'T buy if you don't need the extra wrist support, it sounds intuitive but many (newer) lifters seem to think accessories are a "must have" even at lighter weights, they're NOT. WHY BUY LIFTING STRAPS? 1. Buy if you're lifting really heavy and your grip is not holding up anymore. Don't let your grip be the reason you can't build a massive back. Always take out the weak link of the equation. 2. DON'T buy if you don't need the extra grip, it sounds intuitive but many (newer) lifters seem to think they're a "must have" even at lighter weights, they're NOT.

They aren’t bad but you get what you pay for, had to buy thicker straps as these don’t deal well with heavy reps due to them being thinner than normal wraps, hard wearing though abs will be great for beginners, wrist supports were spot on! You can get them nice and tight and offered plenty support in over head lifting
