I read that this cord replaces dual dvd playerusb cords. i have purchased similar cords and they make a buzzing sound. will this cord have clear audio or buzzing? if it has the buzzing sound may i return it?

I have not used these cords to connect a DVD player. I cannot speak to using them on an audio device. They are a good solution for digital devices. Amazon in the past has been good about returns for items that are not correct. Give them a try.

This cable has a male USB on EACH end. It will charge them, but you have to look at the device you want to charge/connect and what the source is (i.e. other unit you want to plug into). Basically this connects a device with FEMALE USB to ANOTHER FEMALE USB...

I am trying to connect a 32" TV to a computer to use as a monitor. Will this do the trick?

Probably not, as it depends on the types of output your computer has in its configuration. If your computer has HDMI, then use a HDMI cable. If the TV can handle the resolution, that might work.
