Good Product Delay of Delivery
First off the delivery date was not accurate. Was late and had to keep following up but at the day of a delivery a small compensation was given for the delay. The package came in great. The set up was easy and trying it out tonight. It is definitely a small chair. If you are a big person, be aware of this. So far so good on testing. Will see how it goes overtime. So far great for the money.

Great massage chair
This chair came exactly as described. I only had to install the footrest which was easy to do. Looks fantastic and works just as described. Incredible value for the money. Have already used it and my back feels better than it has in 2 weeks.

Strong massage chair
I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and there's just a few things that I don't like. I hate the shoulder airbags I wish I could turn them off. The app didn't work at all for me it doesn't let me register. I'm 5'4 and the neck massager massages my head instead of neck because it's too high up. I wish it could be lowered. I like the foot massager. Overall it's very strong so I wouldn't use it for older people. Also wouldn't get it if you're over 250 lbs as it would be a tight fit. Good for the price.

Easy to Assemble
Very easy to assemble. The quality for the price seems good. Used it for 45 minutes the first day, the pressure of the Shiatsu rollers is ideal for me.

Chair great. Service stellar.
The chair is pretty basic but I didn't want all the bells and whistles. I'm very pleased with the quality. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. I had a problem with the delivery and boy did they make it right. Response was immediate and unreasonably amazing. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.
