It is a very good USB harddisk case. I put my old Samsung SSD into it, it works very well. The speed of copying is very fast and it can support both USB A and USB C. Highly recommended.

I had a couple of 500GB SSD drives that I never got around to using in a computer, so I bought these enclosures to utilise them as external drives. They're cheap and do the job. Fitting the drives was easy, and there are foam pads (and spares) inside to ensure a snug and secure fit (no rattling at all). While the slide-off lid for installation feels secure, I have secured it further with some black electrical tape, though I really didn't need to do that. While I like the USB-C/USB-A combo on the cable, the thing that lets this device down a little is that the cable is not detachable from the enclosure (that's the missing 5th star).

Ordered this to be able to read an old SSD card. Very easy to use, can be used to Mac or normal PC as it has USB-C and normal ( USB-A) connector that is all attached ( so you can keep everything together). Description is very easy to follow. Little foam sticker included in case needed a lift for the drive to the connector. Unfortunately my SSD is too old and didnt read, but definitely works as the blue light came up immediately. Even though i couldnt use it for now, i keep it as its a very good product in case i will need an outer SSD for extra storage.

Its pretty good actually. I have combinaion of mac, windows and linux machines and with ExFat filesystem on a hard drive under this casing makes it a universal USB drive compatible USB-A, 3.0 and USB-C. Nice handy device in reasonable price. Really ease to use. Its still plastic so cant say much on durability and definately not survive any drop test but am happy what it offers at this price.

Purchased two of these over time to connect some older SATA-SSD's I had spare and to leave them connected to my main workstation for months on end. I've had no issues doing that whatsoever and they've remained pretty consistent in maintaining a connection. I tend to just use the USB Type-A ends on this, but the Type-C end also seems to work without issue upon testing it. Even if you lose the Type-C end, a generic Type-A to Type-C dongle will also still work with this.

I liked it so much that I got another one for my SSD. Works perfectly, easy to use, and reliable for all my 2.5” drives. Simple, handy, and definitely worth it solid 4 stars.

Ottimo prodotto, alloggiamenti e chiusure precise per una connessione perfetta. Ottimo il sistema "basculante" per avere sempre un riduttore da USB-A ad USB-C. Funziona anche con Android (se il disco è formattato in Ex-Fat), io l'ho preso proprio per questo, ero dubbioso ma funziona pefettamente, la mia compagna aveva necessità di scaricare un po di memoria e questo case permette di collegarci un hard disk di grosse dimensioni (io ho provato con un HD SSD da 250 GB). Ottima la velocità di trasferimento. Difetti: Cavo un po troppo corto e un po di difficoltà nell'aprire il coperchio per l'inserimento o cambio del disco ma è anche vero che non è un'operazione che si fa continuamente. In ogni caso un buon prodotto con un rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo
