I've had this toilet for a year and think it's amazing value for money. Had someone who is an amateur plumber install it but gave him all the tips and tricks from previous reviews and he installed it without issues. I'm in America, and worried it wouldn't work for here without some tinkering, but he got it in just fine. Other reviews complain about how loud it is, but that's kind of how these things sound outside of very high end models. I don't think it's louder than ones I encountered in Japan. It just takes getting used to when moving from more traditional toilets. Sensors are still working great after a year. It knows when I'm approaching and opens the lid. Once you sit down it swirls water around the bowl. Then flushed when you stand and cleans the bowl again. Never need to touch anything. I have another manual bidet that's a bit more expensive and heats the water and seat more evenly, but the water coming out of this one is never cold, just sometimes more on the lukewarm than hot side. My girlfriend is petite and complains that the unit doesn't flush for her and she has to use the remote, but I can't for the life of me figure out why that would be when it works perfectly for me. Also, don't put this in you bedroom bathroom. It is too loud for that. But we have this in our main bath on the floor of the house with the kitchen, dining, living room where we don't sleep so it's okay. Barely needs cleaning because of the pre and post wash. Looks great and very high end. Truly excellent value for money. If you can get this for under 400 and find someone to install it cheaply, honestly it's worth it even if it conks out in 3 years. I've had it for 1 like I said and it's doing great, so fingers crossed. It's a decent height and I'd worried it be too low (I'm 6 foot) but it's a great height. Do measure you're space carefully before purchasing because it is deep and needs some space away from the wall for all the water and power stuff. Haven't interacted with customer service, but one of the reasons I felt okay buying this is other reviews say they're responsive. I read dozens, heck, maybe hundreds of reviews on this before buying it, and it seems they were honest.

Excellent product for a very reasonable price. Have it for over 4 months and has absolutely no issue. Water temperature control, various bidet options makes it a great product.. The remote control option is nice too.. All in all, a great product in this price range.

We did our research and chose Loupusuo for their reputation for quality and service, and Amazon for the best price and delivery options. So far we remain confident in our choices. The toilets (2) arrived intact and their performance exceeds our expectations. The many features (positions, temperatures, actions, etc) work well and consistently. They are attractive additions to our bathrooms. Our only criticism is the quality of the documentation. While it seems to be complete and well-illustrated, the text needs a thorough review by a native English speaker. It's not always clear what the functions are intended to do, although we've been able to clarify everything through trial and error. A quick point for anyone considering the purchase of a smart toilet. Make sure you do your homework regarding all of the installation costs and line up your technicians in advance. The toilets themselves are the least expensive part of the purchase. Our costs included those of an electrician to run the necessary wires and add a nearby outlet, installation by a plumber, and a carpenter to patch and paint the holes in the wall created by the electrician. Your mileage will vary depending on the unique configuration of your bathroom. Getting this work done right isn't cheap and you want to be sure there are no surprises.

Excellent product.. We really love it.. The heated seat (temparature controller), water temperature control, various bidet options makes it a great product.. The remote control option is nice too.. All in all, a great product in this price range..
