Really great monitor, has been a staple for us and have been using it now for a year and a half. Great sound and picture and decent sized screen. Battery lasts well too. Liked the fact this one isn’t WiFi and has the separate monitor too and is super easy to use and navigate. We recently had an issue where our charger broke, and HelloBaby’s customer service has been exceptional. They had no replacement chargers in the warehouse so instead I ordered off Amazon and HelloBaby issued an extremely prompt refund - very pleased with the efficiency in solving this problem, enabling me to carry on using the monitor!

We have been using this camera for almost two years now and it’s fantastic. It’s so easy to connect, the range is really long, it never ever disconnects and you can use it in hotels etc as it doesn’t need WiFi. The picture quality is great and the camera is silent as you move it around. Battery life on the monitor is good - we charge it up overnight every day but it could be charged less frequently. I wouldn’t buy anything else!

Really easy to set up. Love the temperature feature so you know how hot or cold the room is. Clear image in day and night. Volume is clear so you can really hear baby. Love that there’s multiple cameras. Had a slight issue and they responded immediately and sorted the issue. Brilliant product and brand to deal with. Very pleased

This is a great baby monitor, sound & picture quality is great, the screen is nice and large and the planning ability is very impressive (can almost see the entire room). It's the second hello baby monitor we have had (a replacement due to us dropping furniture on the screen of the previous one) and both have been more impressive than previous more well known brand names we purchased for our older children. I recently had a query about connecting a second camera to our current monitor so contacted Hello Baby directly, they got back to me within 24 hours, were super helpful and even followed up to check all was resolved. Definitely recommend both on the product and customer service!

It worked fine the night vision was clear and it would automatically switch to colour vision if we opened the blinds. The sound is good, and it activates when the camera detects movement. Does what it is supposed to. Well... it did until my son grabbed the base unit and unbeknownst to me put it in the washing machine. A 3 hour wash later (60 degrees, 1200 RPM) the screen is goneand so is the mic. Surprisingly the base station still connects to the camera and plays the audio when the camera detects kovement. The speaker has survived! The mic is gone so I can't speak back to the baby, but this is not a huge issue. If it charges I may keep it as a backup since it will alert me to the baby's cries.

Good product. Does what is says, easy to set up and get started, picture is ok in colour and great in lowlight, full range of movement on camera head with pan and tilt. Easy to mount. Feels about right for price. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing double camera monitor allowing me to see both my babies in seperate rooms at the same time. I love the “No WiFi” feature as it gives me reassurance of safety. The picture quality is really clear and the battery lasts a long time too! Very pleased

Muy buena, fácil de instalar, solo se conecta la cámara y se enciende la pantalla. No es necesario enlazar, buena señal, buen sonido. No funciona con internet así que no importa si se va la conexión.

Kamera bardzo dobrze się sprawdza zarówno w dzień i w nocy. Widzi przez kilka ścian, albo dwie plus 20 metrów podwórka. Jakość obrazu jest dość dobra, wystarczająca na podglądanie malucha, diody z sygnalizacją nasilenia głośności w pomieszczeniu z kamerą świetne, nawet przy wyciszonej lub w hałasie sygnalizuje płacz dziecka. Bateria w ekranie wystarcza na 5-6 godzin bez problemu, ładowanie trwa dość długo (ok 8-10 godzin) ale to nie uważam za wadę, a tylko się dzielę informacją praktyczną. Mikrofon dwukierunkowy działa, fajnie że pokazuje temperaturę u dziecka w pomieszczeniu. Z funkcji kołysanek nie korzystamy, ale są. Nie spodziewałem się że takie sprawne urządzenie otrzymam za jego cenę. Gorąco polecam!

Haben uns dieses Babyphone gekauft, da wir eines mit einer zweiten Kamera gebraucht haben. Die Installation ist super einfach und sehr intuitiv. Es lassen sich eine oder beide Bilder gleichzeitig anschauen, wobei nur eines Ton hat. Stört aber nicht weiter, da wir beide Kameras nur tagsüber brauchen und dann das Bild sowieso im Blick haben. Bildqualität ist super und für die Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

Super tevreden met deze baby monitor. Hij doet precies wat hij moet doen: makkelijk in gebruik, betrouwbaar en prima beeld/geluid. Er zitten een hoop functies op, waarvan we sommige niet gebruiken, maar liever teveel dan te weinig. De monitor en de camera zijn al gekoppeld, dus geen gedoe. Als hij ooit kapot zou gaan zouden we hem opnieuw kopen. Aanrader dus.
